updated the UUID class to latest upstream

Tested with php 8 by creating a new campaign, but not able to test with earlier versions of php.

As the class name has changed from 'UUID' to 'Uuid' you might want to change the code to reflect that. But as class names are case insensitive that doesn't cause a problem.

Can the files UUID.old..php and UUID2.php in the inc subdirectory be removed?

Yes, removed the old files. I don't think we need to bother about the case sensitivity
