Add filter to audit logs

Currently there is no way to filer audit logs.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add drop-down selection to application audit logs screen for the following potential filters:

• Event: Create, read, update, delete secret
• User: selection of all the members of an application
• Time range - start date end date
• Clear filter button

@amitsgh Lets try and keep as much of the filtering server-side as possible. We will need to update the graphql resolvers and queries to handle this.
