Showing 500 error after Start a discussion

Just a heads up. I posted two posts on the forum.phalconphp.com page and when I submitted my new discussion, I was greeted with an error 500 page. So I typed up my question again, and submitted and it happened again.

So I went to check the main discussions page to see when the last discussion went through, and both my discussions were there, and they submitted fine.

Just something for you guys to look into. Cheers.
