remove columns from `--makehtml` table

The --makehtml includes columns for all the metadata items output by EPMC. This makes it dificult to read . For a quick view of the results the user may only want title and abstractText. Suggest arguments after the --makehtml with explict column names, e.g.

--makehtml title abstractText
