Specs: Define Design System

Today, 28-6-2018, we have a living prototype in Figma https://www.figma.com/file/dPeyZlkwtoF9ZN0FCTvwtZhP/Untitled.

And a living deployment of the Example page: https://perry-js.netlify.com

However, this prototype and the actual implementation are diverging, and in this case we can consider the prototype as quite deprecated.

The main objective of this issue is to track the development of a design system for the tool.

But also, to track the development of a defined user flow design system that our implementation must comply.

This will help us build a better project as it will offer a well design user experience.
