Customize colors in Settings

Although colors can be customized using CSS classes, I think for common users we should have styling options available:

• Dialog background color
• Dialog text color
• Cancel button background color
• Cancel button text color
• Continue button background color
• Continue button text color
• Bell color

In regards to the color it's very relative and hard to assess on which should be ultimately the color being used. As this is a plugin that is already being used by multiple sites, we cannot arbitrarily change the default color as it will impact their live sites, so we should stick to what we have defined, unless we create a major version (far in the future).

In regards to the customisation, sure it's a great idea! We need help from the community with a PR because right now we are lacking time and resources. Thanks a lot for your great ideas @ivptr!
