Optimized for PDF annotations

When annotating PDFs the outline section becomes very narrow on the right side of the screen. It would be great if the dev theme could be optimized for this: narrowing the margins, reducing the spacing between lines, and even switching to a smaller font, so as to make it easier to see what one is doing while annotating.
