Full node NAT traversal

Wondering if it's possible to have NAT traversal to enable full node without requiring to open up a port on the firewall, in cases where it's not possible or there is no access to open firewall port.

If you enable UPnP it should also work (at least if the firewall/NAT server has UPnP activated).
