Ideas for shorter urls

We could potentially have somewhat shorter urls:

  • make shorter random doc names
  • ~~use ed25519 or similar public/secret keys which are much shorter than RSA keys~~

It's already using ed25519 keys, not RSA keys, so I struck that out.
