In order to make peer-pad the blueprint for a offline-first application, we would need to:

• [ ] use a service-worker to allow the peer-pad application to load when offline (issue)
• [ ] allow js-ipfs to boot offline issue

@jimpick I think this would make a great source of teaching materials on how to make an offline-first application on top of IPFS. Would you want to pursue this?
