use peer-pad on the next DDC WG meeting

I'd like very much that we try to use peer-pad at the next Dynamic Data and Capabilities Working group meeting.

For that, I believe that we need to

• [x] peer-pad should use the latest version of peer-star-app: https://github.com/ipfs-shipyard/peer-pad/pull/235
• [x] a pinner should be deployed: https://github.com/ipfs-shipyard/peer-pad/issues/215)

I have a feeling that unless we have some UI status of "pinning" > "pinned" in the context of the pinner, we're gonna have a lot of notes that people feel gets lost because they closed the tab before we showed that it was fully pinned.

Ah, my mind was in the "internal testing" mindset, not "next DDC WG meeting". Think we don't have to have ^ for that specific meeting.
