It's can't connect to Nexus 6p
It's can't connect to Nexus 6p (Android 6.0) AndroidWifiADB 1.2 AndroidStudio 1.4 It's nothing to show when I click the AndroidWifiADB button.
I'm not sure if the problem is related to the device but let me some time to get a Nexus 6p device to check what's going on.
Hello,
maybe I'll add something to this issue. I've noticed the problem on a couple of Android 6.0 devices. Tested on Nexuses 5 (two of those), 6 and, 9. With every of those the problem is:
ADB WIFI: /system/bin/sh: netcfg: not found
Hope it helps to locate the issue (can test if need be)
Best regards
The same issue - Android Studio 1.5, Macbook with OS 10.10.5, Nexus 6p and wifi 5G.
Same here, can connect all my devices but my nexus 6p.
Mac OS 10.11.2 Android Studio 2 preview 3b Nexus 6p 64GB (Running Android 6.0.1)
Guys, I don't have a Nexus 6p and I'm not going to buy one xD. We have two options to fix this. Debug it by yourself and send me a PR with the fix, or send me a Nexus 6 :) As you wish :P Sorry for the inconveniences :(
I was able to connect Nexus 6P, when it was on cable and set connection to PTP. Plugin said, it's connected. When I pressed button "Run", in dialog was Nexus twice - one for cable connection and one for wifi. But when I disconnected cable, both records disappeared.
works for me after adb tcpip 5555
I have exactly the same problem than @nonahex with a Moto X 2nd gen (XT1092).
