Video not playing in RTSP Players

Hello. When I start the stream in VLC player I only see the first video frame. Also i tried start stream in iOS RTSP Player. The same result. Can you check? i can donate 100$ for fix :)

P.S: when i run rtsp stream from this project video works fine in VLC and iOS RTSP Player.

I can assume that using this library to push and that server is working fine. Can you tell me the other server that fail? Can you see in the logs that you are sending packets? Is audio working fine?
