Overcome sync storage limits

Correct me if I am wrong. Currently everything is save in data. According to https://developer.chrome.com/apps/storage#property-sync The limits on a single key is 8192. That is definitely not a lot for a bunch of scripts.

If you have to include a libraries, that runs out very quickly. Ideally you can use the local storage and optionally sync the item on sync.

I think it's reasonable. Even if we use multiple keys, only 102,400 bytes sync storage is available, which is possibly not enough for heavy users.
