Problem

This is a regression problem. On the basis of historical data, models (of varying degrees of complexity) should be developed to predict the expenses related to medical treatments (pricing). The best models should be explained using XAI tools at the instance level and at the data set level.

The data can be downloaded from the MEPS website https://meps.ahrq.gov/mepsweb/ MEPS is the most complete source of data on the cost and use of health care and health insurance coverage
