It seems like readdirp is used with depth: 0 which means it's not recursive. So we don't even need it directly. Maybe we should just remove it.

readdirp provides a bunch of features: - fileFilter, dirFilter - lstat - maybe something else just keep this in mind. I think we can do it quickly.

@TarikGul micro-sr25519 was funded by polkadot treasury BTW. There was a proposal.
