Review template notices
"Review the template notices produced when you do a search and there are no matches, or on member > friends > requests when you have no pending requests."
etc there are a few more notices around, all triggered if no members or no groups exists etc, or no search results.
To clarify again: this is to look at the actual text, and perhaps positioning, of the notices: not the colours.
Message / groups (no) : https://www.evernote.com/shard/s3/sh/91d2fa28-6c40-4403-b5d2-fbffa9649c8c/f80216ce071fa350523d5d408a5fc27a - seems good to me.
Info (assuming stands for info) : https://www.evernote.com/shard/s3/sh/511547a6-96eb-485d-9dd9-438079c72637/99edaca4b9a9a8dd4bbb32ee735943de - works and looks good.
My only point is not sure what the difference between blue / yellow is or where the boundary falls as 'no friends' and 'no groups' seem same type. I may be wrong though.
NB : Can't do all messages yet until groups set up so this ticket needs to be kept open as we add things.

What I did so far was to look at the personal pronouns. If we're talking directly to a user (i.e. "you have no friends, looser") then use info/blue, but if it's general (i.e. "Paul has no friends"), then the yellow.
I find it a bit confusing really. I think keeping messages in simple colours probably is better ie; yellow for message, blue for information - fairly standard UI thinking but it does work for users.
Disagree. You're more likely to read a message in a different colour rather than just another "we have no content here" notice.
