Makes progress on patternfly-org/issues/2990

Notes:

Removed "Only image in card head" section as it felt redundant.
Wasn't sure the best way to refer to certain customizers that didn't seem to be components or props, used <>
Just barely started on the demos, because it's a long list to go through and I wanted to go ahead and push
Opted not to explain the modifiers, but can add a table if that seems useful (some of them didn't seem to do anything in the example)
Open to input on the "why" behind some of these examples where it is needed
