PB-35270 - iOS app doesn't reset expired passwords

What you did

Expired a password by suspending an account and reactivating that account. Edited the password. Server settings: image

What happened

Password remained expired.

What you expected to happen

Password expiry status should have been reset. When editing the password on the web client, the password expiry resets as expected.

Server version: CE 4.9.1 iOS app version: 1.19.0 Web extension version: 4.9.3
