Allow drag selection outside of column

Current Limitation

When selecting rows in the data browser by clicking on a checkbox and dragging the mouse vertically, the mouse curser needs to stay within the column in order to select the rows. That makes it difficult to select rows because the checkbox column is narrow and also cannot be resized.

Feature / Enhancement Description

Enable drag selection as long as it is dragging over the row itself, not just the checkbox column.
