The only aspect I would point out is that, if there is information missing in the official docs, and if that is the reason why you would create the blog post, the first priority would probably be updating the docs, because they should be the first source of information for developers. Once the core information is in the docs, I think a blog article would do a great job of supplementing that with additional details, explanations and example use cases.
