discord "gui" buttons for "riffing" any image the bot has attached

I'm not completely sure how I want to do this as I have not researched what is altogether possible with discord GUI buttons.

I'll start with a simple "riff" button that just regenerates the same image with a new seed, but there are other possibilities as well.
