Hi @NikVolf, wanted to start contributing and I am having difficulty wrapping my head around the issue. Would you be able to elaborate on the ask of the issue considering I am a beginner to the Parity <-> ZCash Ecosystem?

does the --regtest require you to point a miner at pzec? It does not seem to do anything yet.
