  • Including/excluding on different output formats.
  • Variable substitution in include paths.
  • Raw includes.
  • Fail on missing includes.
  • Documentation.
  • Tests.

@tarleb @lmunch Could somebody quickly review this that would be greate. Thats the stuff from my project which is probably very usefull. See the Readme.md changes first.

This stuff is tested already in production and works well.
