Add some collaborators to help move things along

This project has a lot of dependent projects and people building on top of it. Getting good changes merged upstream helps everyone develop improvements more easily and reduces infrastructure headache for users.

It may make sense to add some contributors who have been consistently improving the project to become collaborators.

This is definitely a good idea, I am torn between family, work, studying, and other things. I'll see if I can create "project" or "organisation" or whatever it is called

We have two active contributors in the project besides me. I think this looks good so far. Of course, we could add some more people if there are volunteers with good contribution ideas
