Formatting issues when pasting code

When pasting some code in the javascript semantic editor, the formatting gets weird when pasting code. I investigated the issue but didn't find out where this happens. However I can only reproduce it in the javascript semantic editor.

Could you point me what causes such behaviour?

Any ideas so far? Otherwise I have to delete the recommendation of your package here to enhance the my theme. Let me know when you figured it out please. :)
