Add new linter: codespell
The spellcheckers currently in megalinter can be quite annoying because they flag every word they don't know. I found codespell a useful, light-weight alternative which only suggests corrections for words that look like a common misspelling.
Therefore, I would like to add codespell to megalinter.
We used to have one like that, misspell , but it was not maintained anymore so has been removed ^^
It seems actively maintained, so would you like to make the PR to add codespelll ? :)

I disable SPELL for that very reason so would be good to have a better alternative available 😎
