[Docs] Move development related docs to owncloud.dev/clients

• Needs folder to store this in iOS repo, for example: https://github.com/owncloud/ios-app/tree/master/docs/developement
• Markdown format
• Can be added to https://owncloud.dev/clients/ (compare web/docs)

What?

• Maybe CONTRIBUTING.md
• SETUP.md
• Update README.md
• Anything I forgot?

@michaelstingl we are just in preparation to migrate all docs components to their own repo. client is the first one and only a view thing need to be done to switch it productive. owncloud.dev will follow the same path. If possible we would like to avoid double work. pls let us have a call to discuss this.

@mmattel is there any written down concept of that plan? I think it is a very good approach to have the developers documentation (that is different from the official docs) close to the code. I wonder if the oCIS devs are happy to move the dev docs out.

Would be interested in this too. IIRC we agreed to keep owncloud.dev as it is, a standalone developer documentation managed/generated/written by the devs itself and unrelated to our official product documentation. Looks like this topic comes up again from time to time. Can we persist the made decision somewhere?

owncloud.dev will follow the same path

owncloud.dev is using docs from the repos where the code lives. that needs to stay unchanged.
