[QA] No re-sync from client to server after 'Keep files'

Installed: owncloud-client-2.7.6 on openSUSE 15.2 Account: admin, sync root: ownCloud5

Server: 10.6.0

Steps done:

• delete all folder and files on server
• wait for 'Remove all / Keep files' client popup
• click on 'Keep files'

Result:

• files are kept locally but are NOT re-synced to the server
• the sync cannot be triggered with 'Force sync'

When creating a new file or folder locally the sync is triggered and all data are synced to the server.

The issue is reproducible with client version 2.6.3 (testpilotcloud-2.6.3 on MacOS BigSur 11.1). The behaviour after deleting all files on server is exactly the same as above.

Further finding for v2.7.6 and v2.6.3: An upload of the locally kept folder and files is done after a restart of the client.
