Emoji skin tone selector not appearing

When I long press on an emoji does not appear the skin tone selector.

Telegram version: 8.9.234962 AppStore MacOs version: Big Sur 11.6.8

Same on Telegram version 9.0.1.236872 Stable and Monterey 12.6.
