Bundows: can't create `astro` with `--bun` launch option

What steps can reproduce the bug?

bun create --bun astro@latest, then select default options.

What is the expected behavior?

No response

What do you see instead?

Example text is not overridden

Can't use arrows to navigate thru options

Repro: bun create --bun astro@latest, then select default options.

We've invested a ton of time into making Bun more reliable over the last year. I'm having a really hard time reproducing this. If you're still running into this issue, please let me know and I'll re-open this
