Had the same issue, so I forked ghostium and fixed it. It works for ghost version 1. You can download the zip from this fork until the author fixes it. Ghostium-fixed

Unfortunately this didn't behave for me as is. I had to make the same changes in the src folder files to get ghost to like it.

But hey, close enough and now it's working :-)
