Support pricing in other fiat currencies

Perhaps this is blocked by #373, but we should allow user's to select their preferred currency for displaying prices. If it is blocked by that issue, we could support pricing for all stables on the platform (the more decentralized solution).

Would be good to add with localization. We could even automate the selection of the fiat currency based on the language the user selects.
