Missing license / attribution documentation for europe / de / Bavaria (80 cm)

The WMS server of https://raw.githubusercontent.com/osmlab/editor-layer-index/gh-pages/sources/europe/de/Bavaria(80cm).geojson reports:

Info: WMS AccessConstraints: CC-BY vgl. http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/de/
Info: WMS Fees: geldleistungsfrei (mit allen Rechten)

but has no license_url set.

https://geodatenonline.bayern.de/geodatenonline/seiten/wms_dop80cm also lists "Creative Commons Namensnennung 3.0 Deutschland Lizenz." In JOSM there is a mapproxy.osm.ch mirror listed: https://josm.openstreetmap.de/wiki/Maps/Germany#Bavaria80cm

Is there a useful URL that can be used for the license_url?
