Python_orocos_kdl: python API docs do not seem to be building

Not sure if these Python API docs were ever building but it seemed like a good idea to mention it here.

For now I'm using this super old versions of the docs I found (along with looking at the code): http://people.mech.kuleuven.be/~rsmits/kdl/python/

Link to old docs (http://people.mech.kuleuven.be/~rsmits/kdl/python/) appears to now be broken.

Is the Python API documented anywhere?

@smits can we update the online docs after merging #229? I have tested the generation of the Python docs, which works.
