Make cross compilation trivial.

Cross compile environments should be available by default, and no further than a mbld -p platform or similar away.

Note: This is going to have to be a requirement for making the code self hosting, otherwise porting to new OSes and platforms will be unacceptably painful.

Being able to regeneration all bootstrap scripts from one platform will be useful

I don't think we'll ever be able to regenerate all the bootstrap scripts. But that's ok, eventually we'll need to ditch them in favor of a bootstrap distribution.

Wanna write a signify clone for that?
