Describe the solution you'd like

A Graph where we could select all sensors and texts by ourselves. For an example, something like [GPU] clock speed, fan speed, power usage.

There are many other possible configurations and different hardware offers different sensors.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Maybe it's possible to add your graph as a Display Style in the System Monitor app

Hello, I think you can do something like that with native widgets from System Monitor app.

And honestly i'm not a big fan to do that and that look a LOT of work and breaking changes to implement that, especially when you are alone on the project. So i can't planned that before version 4.0,
