API documentation is outdated

I forgot to update the API documentation in the README ti reflect the changes in OrbitDB 0.19.x, so the API docs are outdated. Sorry.

We should update them. Or perhaps a better solution would be to remove the API docs from this repo and README and link to the OrbitDB API Documentation

Are we abandoning the docs in the repo and using the upstream repo? What's the story?

That's a good point, it might be simpler to point at least the API docs upstream and leave /create more contribution/development based docs here
