Question about server.xml + web.xml

Hi Tim,

I'm learning a lot with your web and this vagrantboxes and I'd like to know why you add new versions of server.xml and web.xml files in the "vagrantboxes\ol9_23_free". I've compared the files with the original tgz in Apache website, but I don't know if you explained them in a post or similar.
