provide ability to use a directory of config files

For exporter deployments with a large number of queries, the ability to use more than 2 config files would be helpful. Whether that's a directory of config files, or a CONFIG_FILE<N> set of vars, just some way to break up the sql into more manageable files would be a nice add.
