OraOperator SIDB in a multicluster setup

Hi,

Would be possible to use OraOperator for SIDB in the case where there are multiple K8s clusters. We might would like to have the primary instance on one of the sites (in one K8s cluster), but the standby instance on the other site (in the other K8s cluster).
