CreatePreauthenticatedRequest in object store to support Content-Disposition

Request for support Content-Disposition header option in the CreatePreauthenticatedRequest sdk? so, when a file is downloaded through browser it would download to the desired filename than the stored object name. Similar to https://docs.oracle.com/en-us/iaas/api/#/en/objectstorage/20160918/Object/PutObject
