Invalid LogLevel for Job Logs

Hi, Upon attempting to retrieve the logs of a job using the provided API endpoint (GET /job/{jobId}/logs), I noticed an inconsistency in the returned data. Specifically, while the LogLevel is indicated as "INFO," the message content suggests an error.

@sivakumarkalluri This issue pertains to the response returned from the Logging service, not the OCI Dotnet SDK. I will let the logging team know about this.
