Load Balancer component does not allow to configure protocol and port

The load balancer component does not allow to configure the protocol and port for both the listener and the healthcheck.

As a matter of fact (maybe a consequence) the generated terraform code (not sure about ansible for instance) uses the same variable to describe the protocol for the health check and for the listener.
