WMS-8022 : microservices-oracleteq-kafka workshop
Workshop Title: Simplify Event-driven Apps with TEQ in Oracle Database (with Kafka interoperability)
WMS Code: 8022
Workshop Description: Developers built event-driven architectures with application and data event handlers. Oracle Transactional Event Queues (TEQ) in the database simplifies the exchange of application events for microservices development. For enterprise-wide heterogeneous events, Oracle TEQ can exchange events with Apache Kafka.

- we decided to move out code from the oracle-db-sample repo to our team repo.
- [x] #302
- Fix an issue with documentation of lab 3 - task 1. The instructions were executed during setup (Lab1) and should be only explained. it is not a task to execute.

- Submitted PR to Task #302, @paulparkinson reviewed and I fixed the required changes.
#262 tests worked well. I am working on documentation of the lab and on scripts automation.
All sub-issues were reopened because we are working on updating the repo and cleanup unwanted stuff.
