Provide two ORDS versions one with Java 11 another with Java 17

Is it possible to provide two builds of this image https://www.oracle.com/java/technologies/javase/11all-relnotes.html One packaged with Java 11, another with Java 17?

If possible to include the latest version of the jdk available when building the container. This will solve some security vulnerabilities included with older versions of java.
