ARM version of docker images

Hello. Oracle instant client and several other images are only distributed using the AMD64 architecture.

Many of our servers run ARM architecture using AWS graviton instances. M1 macbooks also run ARM architecture.

Distributing both AMD64 and ARM versions of the docker images would be convenient.

Any progress on getting the free and express versions also published as ARM builds? Currently want to setup a local dev DB on my macbook and don't need a 5GB DB for the simple queries I plan to run against it.
