Improve visualization

A lot of the initial attempt at visualization was made using matplotlib keeping dev cost in mind. We should start thinking about improving the visualization with better libraries - bokeh, dash may be. I am not sure, on how to break it currently. Since this is a huge undertaking I am not sure on how to break it down from the top of my head. More on this later.
