Instructions to use postman

The current instructions on using postman are unnecessary complex and unsafe.

On that instructions, request the user to export and re-import the collection, when should be just forking. By re-importing, you lose the ability to confirm the source of truth and to get updates on the scripts and collections from the library.

Another thing that we lose on the supply chain is the ability to get metrics of people using APIs. The OCI DataScience/AI APIs got a special feature on Postman channels, and these metrics are important to keep the visibility and attracting more developers.
