Filter trials by multiple conditions.

TrialTable enables users to filter trials by trials's state and categorical values like:

Due to the limitation of DataGrid, a component that TrialTables uses under the hood, it can only filter a single condition now. For example, TrialTable cannot show trials that is "RUNNING" or "PRUNED".

To support multiple filterable condition, I think it is good to place a checkbox on the header of filterable columns.
